Thomas Frank has doubled down on Brentford’s transfer stance over Nottingham Forest target Yoane Wissa.
The Reds have already had one bid rejected – said to be in the region of £18-22 million – for the front man as they look to strengthen their attacking options before the January transfer window closes. But it has been suggested they are preparing to try their luck again with little more than a week to go until the February 3 deadline.
Bees boss Frank said earlier in the window a move for Wissa “will not happen”. And he has reiterated the club’s intention to hang on to one of their key players
