‘Sad & Insane’: Von Miller Pregnant Girlfriend Changes Story on Domestic Violence Arrest

The NFL player may be charged with a third-degree felony for “assault against a pregnant person” after his fiancée accused him of domestic abuse. This offense carries a potential two to ten year jail term in Texas.
However, the lady came out of her quiet late on Thursday, basically retracting her account, and accusing the media of having “blown way out of context… this is actually outrageous” in their coverage of the purported event.
Through WFAA, the girlfriend is now adamant that “no one assaulted anyone” and that any other ideas are “insane and sad.”
However, Miller, 34, was arrested after the girlfriend told police, per their report, that he “put his hands around his partner’s neck, shoved her and pulled her hair.” The woman’s 911 call includes her stating that “he pulled my hair
outside.”I think I have some blood on me.”
“During the altercation, Miller’s girlfriend continued to yell, ‘Stop!'” according to what the police stated in the warrant. I have a pregnancy!
She originally reported to police enforcement that Miller had urged her to leave the house, but after that, she had been shoved onto a chair and had been given pressure on her neck “for three to five seconds before letting go.”
According to the arrest warrant, the woman, who claims to be six weeks pregnant, had bruises on her neck, left bicep, and belly in addition to abrasions on her left hand when the police arrived at the residence.
Miller, a DeSoto native, is a two-time Super Bowl champion with the Broncos and the Rams who starred at Texas A&M.
The NFL and the Bills have both issued statements saying they are “aware of the matter” and “are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”
