Saints’ Injury Updates Things are Trending in the Right direction Ahead of Falcons Game as Star Player Return πŸ‘‡βœ”οΈ

The New Orleans Saints had a crowded injury report on Wednesday, ahead of their Week 4 clash with the Atlanta Falcons. Thursday showed some notable updates, both positively and negatively for the black and gold.

Alvin Kamara returns to practice

The Saints’ star running back was a limited participant on Thursday after not participating on Wednesday. He is dealing with both a ribs and hip injury.

Taysom Hill and Derek Carr practiced fully on Thursday.

Alontae Taylor back from illness

A key defensive back for New Orleans is on track to play after practicing in full on Thursday. He missed Wednesday due to illness but seems to be past it.

Demario Davis does not practice Thursday

The veteran linebacker’s status remains in doubt for Sunday’s game against Atlanta after he did not suit up for practice on Wednesday or Thursday. Davis is dealing with a hamstring injury.

Without him, we could see more Willie Gay Jr. on the field for the Saints defense. If Davis does not practice at all on Friday, I would not expect him to play. He may be New Orleans’ biggest loss for Week 4.
