Tottenham Hotspur bound Radu Dragusin wants to join Real Madrid or FC Barcelona in the future as stated by his agent
The agency of Radu Dragusin, the new defender for Tottenham Hotspur, reportedly told The Standard that the 21-year-old may be considering a future move to Real Madrid or Barcelona, two of the biggest teams in Spain.
Spurs beat off fierce competition from Bayern Munich to land Dragusin for a cool £25.8 million. Ange Postecoglou went all out to acquire the much sought-after center defender.
His representative stated:
“Real or Barcelona are his dream teams, but we were close. Bayern is one of the biggest clubs.” We considered a number of factors, including his age and the competition, but perhaps he would have chosen to go Bayern if he had been 23 or 24 years old and had more experience.
Manea has been openly praising Dragusin’s potential during the ongoing transfer saga and recently highlighted that playing in the Premier League is his ultimate aim – although he may not desire to stay for an extended term.
Dragusin might make his debut this weekend, provided a medical clearance is obtained before he signs a deal that might last until 2029. The 21-year-old Dragusin will become Tottenham’s second signing this month after the acquisition of Timo
