Following the Perisic announcement, Vicario responded on Instagram on Wednesday afternoon.

Vicario, who joined Tottenham from Empoli over the summer, has immediately established himself as a crucial member of the team.
The 26-year-old has had a solid start in goal and appears to be a true captain at the back.
Of course, losing Perisic for an extended length of time will be a big blow to Spurs.
The Croatian veteran appeared poised to contribute significantly as a team member, despite not being Postecoglou’s regular starter.
