Harry Kane delivers touching verdict on Tottenham form under Postecoglou

Harry Kane is “really happy” to see Tottenham thriving without him under new manager Ange Postecoglou.

In their first five Premier League games, Tottenham has won four and drawn one, sitting second in the standings ahead of Sunday’s north London derby against Arsenal, who has the same record.

Kane, who has had a successful start to life since joining Bayern Munich for £120 million, insists he will never stop supporting Spurs.

Kane responded to questions about Spurs’ performance by saying, “Fantastic start – I am always keeping an eye on them and think I will keep an eye on Tottenham for the rest of my life.

“I am absolutely pleased with how the squad is performing, and it is wonderful to see their supporters enjoying themselves as well.

“I’m sure they’ll be eager to continue that. They have a big game coming up, so I’ll definitely watch how they do throughout the season.

As he gears up to take on Manchester United, another club that has long been interested in him, Kane believed that Bayern was the correct club to leave Spurs for.

It is believed that the England captain had no desire to transfer to Old Trafford this summer.

“Obviously over the summer I know there were some talks between a few clubs in the background, but Bayern were a team I was really interested in and excited by,” he stated.

Once they entered, not many other conversations followed. They had to speak with Tottenham before the trade could be completed.

My attention is on this. Manchester United is a fantastic and enormous club. I just made the decision to come here and I’m incredibly glad I did.

Rising star ‘very happy’ to be at Tottenham, says his agent – Sends huge praise to Paratici for transfer

Few would have known much about Destiny Udogie when Tottenham opted to invest some money on him before sending him back to Udinese on loan for the 2022–23 season.

Fabio Paratici, who at the time was in charge of transfers, opted to seize the opportunity to sign the young left-back before the competition did.

Since then, he has found his way into the first team under Ange Postecoglou at Tottenham, making him a happy young guy, as his agent Stefano Antonelli described to Gianluca Di Marzio.

While Spurs have benefited from his signing, the player’s move to England may have further damaged Serie A, as major teams missed out on a native talent.

It’s unfortunate that the major Italian teams didn’t invest as early as Tottenham did, according to Antonelli, and that players of this caliber must seek success outside of Italy.

Despite this, there is no regret in the decision made to transfer to London, where Udogie is already becoming a fan favourite with his performances.

“We are thrilled with everything that is occurring,” the agent continued. “Destiny is really happy to be at Tottenham. Fabio Paratici, who even in the presence of Sessegnon, Reguilon, and Perisic believed it was appropriate to have Tottenham, one of the top five or six teams in the Premier League, make an investment, had the intuition and proved once again that he is a winner.

Udogie has started every Premier League game since coming back to Tottenham from his loan at Udinese, and he has two assists through five league games thus far.
