Tottenham Hotspur

Journalist claims that a Tottenham player has given Napoli his “approval” to sign.

Many sources have reported in the past few weeks that Xavi Hernandez is eager to get Lo Celso to Camp Nou; Sky Sports even claims that the Barcelona manager sees the move as an assessment of the Catalan team’s willingness to back him.

According to Dean Jones of GiveMeSport, some sources have persisted in saying that Tottenham would not want to part ways with the Argentine since Ange Postecoglou considers him to be a vital member of the team.

A few days ago, 90 minutes clarified that Spurs are hesitant to extend a new deal to the 27-year-old and have not made a definitive decision regarding his future.

Gallo has now hinted that Napoli would try to sign the Argentine international during the transfer window that opens next month.

He clarified that the midfielder might wind up transferring to Naples given that he had already given the Serie A team “his precise approval” in the midst of the impasse in negotiations between Barca and Spurs.

The reporter said to Area Napoli: “There are rumors that Giovani Lo Celso might join Napoli on loan from Barcelona or Tottenham.Someone claims that the player has expressly approved in a positive way.

Since the Italian team’s unsuccessful attempt to sign the midfield player last summer, there is no hard evidence to suggest that Tottenham and Napoli have resumed negotiations over Lo Celso, so this sounds like idle conjecture.
