Mike Elko and the Texas A&M football staff remain red-hot on the recruiting trail. The Aggies landed yet another massive commitment on Saturday.

Buford (Ga.) four-star EDGE Bryce Perry-Wright, the No. 33 overall prospect in the 2026 cycle, has pledged to A&M. He becomes the seventh top-100 recruit to choose the Lone Star State program and has now bumped the Aggies up to No. 3 in the Rivals Industry Team Recruiting Rankings, leapfrogging Alabama and Notre Dame.

From the nation’s top cornerback, to an elite running back duo and plenty of standout prospects on both sides of the ball, the Aggies have already compiled quite the haul this cycle. Perry-Wright is the 24th member of the A&M class and is also one of the biggest for Elko and Co.

Only USC and Georgia now sit ahead of A&M in the team rankings. The Aggies remain in the thick of things for multiple uncommitted five-stars that are nearing decisions, too.

Looking at Texas A&M’s elite 2026 class

Last month, A&M added 10 commitments to the fold, including three top-100 prospects. Headlining the recent additions is Spring Valley (Calif.) Mount Miguel five-star cornerback Brandon Arrington, the nation’s No. 10 prospect and No. 1 corner. Arrington chose A&M over Oregon.

“They have recruited me the hardest,” Arrington told Rivals’ Chad Simmons. “They made me feel wanted from the beginning. When I visited last summer, I loved it. I kept going back. It is about the people at A&M. The staff made me feel welcome and that is what did it.”
