The Springbok rugby squad has achieved several remarkable records and milestones since he took over as the coach in 2018, as Director of Rugby since 2020, and again as the coach for South Africa since 2024.

As it stands at the end of the 2024 season:

✅ During the 2018 Rugby Championship, the Springboks won the All Blacks in New Zealand for the first time since 2009
