Tottenham – Brentford Saturday Game An Apology Clarification and Correction

I’d like to issue a formal apology in regards to yesterday’s piece about Saturday’s Spurs – Brentford game.

The post match debrief and top five player ratings article, which you can find in full here, contains the line:

A soulless venue. A frustrating result. Spurs clinical in the final third. Brentford with a lot to be proud about but also with lessons to take away before the visit of West Ham.

Infact, to describe the Tottenham Hotspur stadium thus was incorrect. I’m sorry. Blame the usual flurry of typos but to use the word ‘soulless’ was not the intent.

What we meant to say was ‘soundless’.

I trust this clears up any confusion. Now bring on West Ham.
