Tottenham bid to sign “complete” player now “ready”, finances no issue
According to reports, Tottenham Hotspur is “ready” to make a bid to sign the top center-back of one team, and money doesn’t seem to be an obstacle.

They appear to be working hard to come to a deal for the “complete” 21-year-old superstar, and they even have a proposal ready to go. Recently, Atalanta, who are also interested, put in a proposal for Dragusin, but it’s thought Genoa rejected it.
