After signing for an Eredivisie record £81.3 million, Antony joined the Premier League. Gimenez will break the record because Feyenoord won’t sell for anything less, but Tottenham will also have to pay a club record amount.
After a £55 million move in 2019, Tottenham’s record signing to date is still midfielder Tanguy Ndombele of Galatasaray, who is currently on his third loan out of North London.
