West Ham are among the Premier League sides considering a January move for red-hot Stuttgart goalscorer Serhou Guirassy, sources have told Football Insider.
The 27-year-old forward has been a revelation for the Bundesliga side in the 2023-24 campaign so far, and has outscored Bayern Munich superstar Harry Kane by five goals in the new league season.
Guirassy has previously been connected to Premier League teams, but no one was ready to take a chance on him while he was representing Stade Rennais.
The hitman is once again on the radar of English teams, including West Ham, thanks to his 13 goals in the first seven Bundesliga games of the season.
He leads the scoring statistics ahead of Kane, who has eight league goals for Bayern, Victor Boniface of Bayer Leverkusen, and Jonas Wind of Wolfsburg, who each have seven.
Crystal Palace and Bournemouth have also received a lot of attention as prospective destinations for the Guinean international in January.

In order to lessen the goal-scoring load on winger Jarrod Bowen, who has five goals and two assists this season, David Moyes’ team is eager to bring in another striker.
Gianluca Scamacca, an Italian international who spent barely a year in England before returning to the Serie A, is yet to be replaced at the London Stadium.
Fulham, who is searching for a long-term successor for Aleksandar Mitrovi, might also join the competition for Guirassy.
Following the Serbian international’s departure for Saudi Arabia, Raul Jimenez and Carlos Vinicius have struggled to regain their top scoring form.
After a fruitful loan stint at the German team last season, Guirassy joined Stuttgart on a permanent basis this summer.
He has a contract that runs through June 2026.
