‘That is what I plan to do’: Kane revelation could spark rumours of a potential Spurs return

Tottenham striker Harry Kane joined Bayern Munich earlier this summer.

The 30-year-old will try to end his trophy drought with the German club. He has failed to win a single title in his club career. It remains to be seen if Kane can lead Bayern Munich to significant trophies in the upcoming seasons. Bayern Munich has a history of contending for major awards every year.

The former Tottenham striker claims that he now plans to play well into his forties. The 30-year-old is sure that his football career has only just begun and has a long way to go. Thanks to recent advancements in sports science, Kane hopes to extend the duration of his career.

The notion in football is that once you are 30, you’re done, he stated (via Sun).

“However, the way I see it, I almost have the remainder of my career to go.

“I played in the Spurs first team from 20 or 21, so I’ve had nine or ten years at the highest level and I’m hoping for another eight or nine years at the highest level again.

Everything depends. You notice certain gamers who desire to alter things up or take on a new challenge.

“However, I want to continue playing right now. You can play for longer thanks to rehabilitation, sports science, and how the game has changed.

“Check out each of the players you mentioned. That gives me hope and demonstrates that it is feasible to perform until your late 30s, which is what I intend to accomplish.

There have recently been rumors that Tottenham may soon get the chance to bring the player back to the team. The news that he continued to play into his 40s will undoubtedly raise hopes for a potential comeback.

Kane is without a doubt one of Tottenham’s best players, therefore the chance for the North London club to re-sign him in the near future may be enticing. Tottenham will undoubtedly hope that he can return to his boyhood club and win a significant trophy with them in the future, despite the fact that he was unable to lead them to silverware during his tenure at the club.

‘Plotting a swoop for him’ – Tottenham thinking about signing Premier League flop in January

Tottenham Hotspur is reportedly interested in signing Kalvin Phillips, a midfielder for Manchester City.

Conor Gallagher was previously mentioned in connection with Spurs’ search for a new midfielder in the summer.

And although though they were unable to sign the Chelsea player in the summer, they are rumored to be interested in signing a midfielder during the upcoming winter transfer window.

Tottenham is ‘interested in signing’ the Manchester City failure, claims the report, and may make ‘a solid attempt’ to sign him in January.

According to the source, Kalvin Phillips has ‘chosen to move away in January’ because he is dissatisfied with his restricted position at City.

The article also states that the North London club will have a difficult time signing him because Everton and Newcastle are both “plotting a swoop” for him.

According to the article, Liverpool and Arsenal are ‘keeping a close eye’ on the midfielder’s current circumstances.

For £42 million and a six-year commitment, Kalvin Phillips moved to Manchester City from Leeds United last summer. However, the move has not been successful for him thus far.

The addition of Kovacic, Matheus Nunes, and Rodrigo ahead of him has caused him to further slide down the pecking order after failing to establish himself as a first-team regular the previous season.

Hojbjerg is anticipated to depart the team, so if Tottenham decides to formally pursue Phillips, it would be a wise decision.
