Adam Idah was on the scoresheet once again in Celtic’s 3-0 win over St Mirren on Saturday afternoon.
Celtic faltered in the first half of the two-hour match at Parkhead, as Brendan Rodgers’ team remarkably failed to register a single shot on goal.
However, Celtic rallied in the second half and scored early goals from Yogo Furuhashi and Reo Hatate to even the score. Idah then sealed the victory with the Hoops’ third goal of the season, his seventh overall, as Rodgers closed the gap between himself and Philippe Clement’s Rangers.
However, what has truly shocked Pat Bonner is what Adam Idah has accomplished since moving to Parkhead in January.

The former Celtic hero was commentating on the win over St Mirren and after Idah found the back of the net, Bonner shared the difference he has seen now compared to watching him as a youngster competing for an international place with the Republic of Ireland.
Bonner said [BBC Radio Scotland], “He started and he finished it Adam Idah. Used this strength to beat him [Gogic] and then it was a 4v2 that who was gonna put the ball, the back of the net.
