Harry Kane hints at major Tottenham regret with ‘team trophies’ comment at Bayern

A lot of people thought that Tottenham Hotspur would struggle hard after Harry Kane left for Bayern Munich. However, that hasn’t been the case at all. Ever since Ange Postecoglou’s arrival, the club has become a force to be reckoned with.

Moreover, all the young talent that the Greek-Australian player has stuffed his team with has already led people to look forward to the future. But, Harry Kane still seems to have regrets about his time at the organisation.

He will go down as a legend of the club, unfortunately, he won’t be too high on that list because he won zero trophies during his time there. Despite being the best striker in the Premier League for a good period, he failed to lead his team to glory. Kane scored 278 goals and recorded 64 assists through 430 appearances for the Spurs.

Here’s what Kane had to say while speaking to BBC.

“I’ve made it clear that I want to be winning team trophies and that’s one of the things that’s missing from my career so far.”

Clearly Harry Kane wishes that his time at Tottenham could’ve ended with at least one trophy. However, it doesn’t seem to have much sway over the player anymore who followed up his previous statement by saying that he is more focused on his game
