Caitlin Clark’s Behavior With Lexie Hull Turns Heads on Wednesday
The Indiana Fever’s training facility buzzed with energy on Wednesday as a short video clip began to circulate online.
In it, 6-foot-1 guard Lexie Hull, sporting her familiar No. 10, executed multiple behind-the-back passes to teammate and WNBA superstar Caitlin Clark.
Clark shattered the WNBA single-game assist record with 19 dimes in 2024, averaged 19.2 points and 8.4 assists per game and quickly became the face of the league.
On July 6, she became the first rookie ever to record a triple-double with 19 points, 12 rebounds and 13 assists.
The assist from Hull to Clark that was caught during the Fever’s media availability session was shared on X by the Fever.
This moment drew instant reactions from fans across social media.
One fan commented, “This just makes the bond closer,” followed up by another user who said, “They are so cute.”
Another fan remarked, “Do we have a nickname for this duo yet?” while one other user added, “Lexie is SO CUTE!!!”
Many other fans focused on Hull, with one saying, “But isn’t Lexie the one dropping dimes here?”

On April 19, Hull announced her engagement on Instagram.
In 2024, Hull averaged 5.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists while shooting 47.1% from deep.
After a rocky 1-8 start, Indiana rallied behind Clark’s playmaking and strong contributions from Aliyah Boston, Kelsey Mitchell and role players like Hull.
They closed the regular season at 20-20, earning the franchise’s first playoff berth since 2016 before bowing out in the first round.
Expectations are higher now: a deeper playoff run and perhaps the franchise’s first championship since 2012.
Caitlin Clark and Connor McCaffery’s relationship began during their time at the University of Iowa, where both were standout athletes—Clark leading the women’s basketball team and McCaffery playing for the men’s basketball team. They went public with their relationship in August 2023, sharing their first official post together on Instagram.
