Hailee Steinfeld Drop Rare Public Comment About Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen

Actress Hailee Steinfeld and Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen have kept their relationship relatively private over the past few years.

The couple, who got engaged just a few months ago, doesn’t post each other on social media, keeping their pages related to their careers. However, Steinfeld did open up about their engagement in a conversation with Who What Wear in February.

“I’m so grateful that he did it the way he did so that I looked good, and we have these photos that we’ll have and cherish for the rest of our lives that I’m not looking at being like, ‘What was I wearing?'” she said. “We were in Malibu, which is my happy place, and it was magical. That’s the word.”

Fast forward to mid March and Steinfeld opened up a bit more – but barely. “I couldn’t be more excited,” she said of her relationship with Allen in an interview with People. “I’m so happy – we’re so happy – and we’re just soaking in every moment.”

Instead, Steinfeld kept the conversation about her work instead of her personal life, focusing on her upcoming movie, Sinners, which marks her return to the big screen for the first time in seven years.

“There’s always the butterflies but so much excitement,” she said. “I couldn’t think of a better project to come back to the big screen with. Also, this was my first film back from the strike. And we were all so hungry to get back to work. I just love being in this creative world with so many people that are just so passionate and so creative, and willing to do whatever it takes to create the most beautiful final product.”

The Academy Award-nominated actress also opened up on her Beau Society newsletter, which she called another creative outlet.

“Beau Society is this big umbrella for all these other ideas, and I like to consider myself very ambitious,” she said. “I think maybe this will be this sort of bridge into all these other things that fall under the umbrella, which I plan to venture into at some point. But I’m so enjoying using it as a space to connect with people on a deeper level. I always felt like I had that with music, and there’s nothing like a direct and personal connection to people that are going through the same things. I feel like my whole week will revolve around Friday’s issue. So it’s been a really fulfilling creative process for me.”
