Yet Another SPRINGBOKS Player Has Fallen Victim Untimely More Bad News Front
Yet another Test player has fallen victim to an untimely injury, bringing the number of crocked Springboks to 14!
In a worrying trend, the Sharks have released a statement confirming yet another one of their star Springboks has been sidelined through injury.
In addition to injuries to their Test stars Eben Etzebeth, Aphelele Fassi and Andre Esterhuizen, the Sharks have now also announced that Springbok Ox Nche is out of action with a torn muscle in his arm.
Thing brings the Sharks’ injury tally to nine players.
THE SPRINGBOKS’ INJURY CRISIS DEEPENS
There are several Springboks currently contending with concerning injuries. Here is the full list of players on the sidelines.
With the bulk of South Africa’s professional men’s players hardly getting a sufficient break-in-play, let alone a proper offseason, because their northern hemisphere-aligned franchise campaigns overlap with their southern hemisphere-aligned Test obligations, there were bound be consequences, of which injuries are the biggest and most concerning one.
After a taxing season, there has understandably been an accumulation of injuries, and the list of sidelined players continues to increase.
The latest Springbok player to be added to this now 14-man list include are powerhouse prop Nche.
