Tottenham preparing player-plus-cash offer to sign ‘wonderful’ attacker this month
Tottenham are trying to be smart with their business this month and could decide to throw a number of players in a deal to sign one key target.
With just under a month of the window to go and a few weeks until the season starts, Ange Postecoglou has still only seen Archie Gray arrive in terms of permanent signings.
That is not going to be enough for the Tottenham manager, who has made no secret of his desire to bring in new faces.
Postecoglou admitted in mid-week as well that a new striker was high on his agenda.
That comes as speculation continues over whether Richarlison will remain at the club.
Of course, one man who Tottenham are apparently keen on is Bournemouth forward, Dominik Solanke.
But with Bournemouth apparently wanting £65m for the striker, Tottenham need to get creative if they are going to sign him.
And according to reports, that’s exactly what could happen.

According to a report from The Mirror, Tottenham are unwilling to pay the £65m clause for Solanke but may instead be prepared to offer up some players.
Spurs have made no secret of their desire to shift the dead wood this summer and the likes of Bryan Gill, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and more have departed.
Quite who Tottenham would include in any bid to sign Solanke, remains to be seen.
Players like Emerson Royal are not needed but he’s going to AC Milan, while there has been suggestions that Oliver Skipp, Djed Spence, and Manor Solomon face uncertain futures.
For Bournemouth, it would need to make sense in terms of the make up of their squad as well.
A deal for the ‘wonderful‘ Solanke, then, looks a hard one to do for Tottenham and with just weeks in which to do it, Spurs might have to move on to other targets.
