Accelerate Talks: West Ham Set to Ramp Things Up For Key Target Reported by Dharmesh Sheth.
The Sky Sports presenter was appearing on The West Ham Way Channel yesterday to provide an update on the clubs transfer business this summer, with Aston Villa forward seen as a key target for our Hammers.
The Columbian forward, who is currently away with his national side as they head to the final of Copa America to take on Argentina this weekend – with Dharmesh stating that the club are expected to push ahead with talks once the tournament has concluded.
Its been reported by The West Ham Way that the striker position is a priority and the club want to get the recruitment of this position correct, following many failed attempts over recent years.
Dharmesh also went on to state that the club also have other potential signings in the pipeline, with Jake O’Brien of Lyon still remaining a player of serious interest, should we offload either Nayef Aguerd, Kurt Zouma or both during this transfer window.
