Crystal Palace are set to sign West Ham United starlet Jemiah Umolu after a successful trial period, according to South London Press.
The news source reports that the 18-year-old striker scored and provided two assists for the Eagles’ Under-21 team against PSV in the Premier League International Cup semifinal on their website on May 8.
That was sufficient to persuade the team to extend a two-year contract offer to him. Umolu will now join first-team star Ben Johnson, who is also in the process of moving across London, to Selhurst Park.
