Giovani Lo Celso amazed with one Tottenham teammate despite Arsenal defeat

Giovani Lo Celso has lauded one of his Tottenham Hotspur teammates despite yesterday’s North London Derby defeat.

Tottenham had a challenging first forty-five minutes of the derby before losing 3-2 to Arsenal yesterday.

Despite controlling much of the first half, Ange Postecoglou’s team was behind 3-0 at the half.

The Gunners took an early lead thanks to a goal from Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, but Spurs’ weakness was exposed twice more through two set pieces.

Just two minutes before Bukayo Saka’s goal, Micky van de Ven believed he had tied the score. However, the VAR disqualified the Dutchman’s goal because it was offside.

Following a blunder by David Raya, Cristian Romero gave Spurs a response shortly after the hour mark as they fought back.

Heung-min After a late challenge on Ben Davies by Declan Rice, Son beat Raya from the spot to set up a thrilling final ten minutes of play.

Sadly, Tottenham decided to make the change too late. However, Romero, their vice captain, attracted attention that day.
