‘Started to shine’: Gabby Agbonlahor predicts who’ll win between Spurs and Arsenal, backs ‘brilliant’ player to score

Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are set to lock horns in an absolutely massive north London derby at N17 this Sunday.

Mikel Arteta’s Gunners will take against Ange Postecoglou’s Spurs at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Putting pride aside, this derby will have a significant impact on both Spurs and Arsenal’s season-long objectives.

If Tottenham triumphs, it will increase their chances of placing in the top four of the Premier League and severely harm Arsenal’s prospects of winning the championship.

But if the Gunners triumph, they’ll be able to continue to put pressure on Manchester City and deny Spurs a chance to qualify for the Champions League.

Tottenham have once again had to wait a long time before returning to action following a loss. Their last fixture saw them lose 4-0 at Newcastle United.

Meanwhile, Arsenal’s confidence has shot up following their 2-0 win at Wolves last weekend and the 5-0 thrashing of Chelsea in midweek, a game in Martin Odegaard was “brilliant“.

A game of such magnitude will obviously have everyone talking, with pundits eager to give their predictions.

TalkSPORT’s Gabriel Agbonlahor is just one of the many pundits who has had a say on who he thinks will win. He has also singled out two players for praise.

What has Gabriel Agbonlahor said about Tottenham v Arsenal this weekend?

On the Breakfast Show, Agbonlahor declared, “Havertz has started to shine.” Odegaard to score and Arsenal to win 3-1 is my prediction.

This week has already seen two derbies, and both were exciting affairs, with Everton stunning Liverpool at Goodison Park and Arsenal crushing Chelsea.

Hopefully, the best will be reserved for last in the Tottenham vs. Arsenal match. Hopefully, it meets all the expectations as well.

It can also get heated because both teams are vying for bragging rights and points.
